Retreats

Multi day retreats are residential and run at the Winds of Change Centre near Inverness, Scotland. Retreat group size is kept small ( six or less usually) to create an intimate atmosphere and opportunities for focusing on each individual's own choice of theme for the retreat. As well as therapeutic sessions with horses, other experiential self-exploration opportunities are offered. Accommodation and meals in the Butt & Ben annexe at the Winds of Change Centre is included.

Two day retreats are run at weekends (Friday evening to Sunday afternoon) and three day retreats are run during the week (Monday evening to Thursday afternoon).
